MSR, cooling, HVAC, ventilation, heating, and domestic water systems are monitored, coordinated, and efficiently operated within CAFM environments.
Complex infrastructures such as server rooms and data centers are also managed with high availability and operational reliability requirements in mind.

Our BIM Technology Site Manager for buildings and technical systems is more than a traditional facility manager for operators.
Mechanical, electrical, and control systems, as well as the building itself, are efficiently operated and kept stable through continuous operational management.
As a technical specialist, he not only checks compliance with recognised engineering standards, but also takes responsibility for operational processes, maintenance, and servicing. External contractors are instructed, coordinated, and supported on site when required.
