Our operational BIM Manager acts as the central point of contact between developers, operators, designers, and contractors.
He is responsible for executing predefined BIM execution plans (BEP) and employer’s information requirements (EIR), ensuring compliance throughout all project phases through to building operation.
In addition, he coordinates construction workflows and schedules, ensuring that digital models are aligned with real-world construction sequencing and project timelines.
