Our Contractor-Coordinator MEP professionally coordinates external contractors and external staff, working in industrial, production environments or on any site. Our role is to ensure compliance with specific or general occupational work and health safety if special job tasks are carried out through others than our client’s staff. In most cases our clients own staff does not have the capacity, expertise or work equipment and therefor external contractors are so important to compliment today’s production environments. However, external contractors are generally less familiar with our client’s location and compliance and quality checks are delegated to us. The coordination between own employees, production processes and external contractors is absolutely necessary. This is exactly where our Contractor-Coordinator or construction supervisor supports clients. In addition to compliance checks with occupational safety, organization and coordination we also offer supervision of MEP related activities on-site and the compliance with technical specifications.

|Contractor Coordinator for external staff|
On a factory premises of a chemical company, various refurbishment and reconstruction work on the building stock will be carried out. Production areas are also affected. A coordinator should coordinate the work with production and external contractors. Occupational safety must be ensured.
We placed a contractor coordinator at the plant site at short notice. An execution schedule was created together with the external companies and the customer. Internal and external stakeholders were informed in kick-off meetings, organizational arrangements were made and operational issues integrated. After thorough preparation of the construction measures and technical clarification, the implementation could be realized according to schedule. In 2 years more than 50 individual measures were implemented by our contractor co-ordinator.
